Prices & Shipping

Postage, packaging and delivery costs as well as customs and transfer charges shall be borne by the customer. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Transport damage and insurance are dependent on the parcel service and Alpenhigh accepts no liability for this.

Alpenhigh has no influence on delivery times - shipments are made every Monday and every Wednesday - excluding public holidays, of course. When the goods are handed over to the transport company, any risk of deterioration or loss of the goods is transferred to the customer. The exact delivery costs are displayed during the ordering process, whereby these differ for the auction house (seeds) and the cuttings shipment.

Orders exceeding the amount of EUR 150,- (€) are free of shipping costs. For returns and unaccepted orders, 10% of the final invoice amount will be charged as administration costs.

Hemp cuttings

All orders are delivered by post and are automatically shipped insured (BUT ATTENTION: Deliveries that are sent 'post-stored' can NEVER be shipped insured as this is not supported by Österreichische Post AG!!!).

Attention: additional information on registered delivery:
If customs (or another authority) does not allow the order to be imported into the country of destination, the customer has no right to compensation - the insurance covers problems with the post, but not if customs (or another authority) confiscates the cuttings.

Prepayment/bank transfer: Transfer the amount directly from your bank account. The order will be processed after receipt of payment.
Cash payment by letter: You can also send us the amount in cash by post. Please note that cash on delivery (i.e. payment of the order on receipt) is not accepted without exception.
Ria payment: Convenient international payment with RIA, a reliable alternative to traditional bank transfers and Western Union...

Auction house

All orders are delivered by post and are automatically sent insured from EUR 100,- (registered mail must be agreed with us beforehand BUT ATTENTION: Deliveries that are sent 'postage paid' can NEVER be sent insured as this is not supported by Österreichische Post AG!!!). Under EUR 100,- insured shipping is possible and can be selected in the order process - the costs for this service amount to EUR 3,90. We also ship stealth or with the option stealth, this service can also be selected in the order process and costs EUR 10,- extra. For this option, the seeds are removed from their original packaging and repackaged in smaller (very inconspicuous) packages. Please note that we will not take back the delivered goods if you choose the camouflage cap option - an exchange is excluded with this option.

With this variety of options there is a payment method for everyone, but here is a note: Paypal is not accepted...Paypal has a problem with cannabis seeds, so we cannot (and do not want to) accept this payment method.
